Return and exchange policy at Saqel Store• The return and exchange system includes only ready-made items. It does not include custom-made items based on the customer's preference and choice.• If the customer wishes to return or exchange within the permitted period, the product must be in the same condition as when purchased.• Return period within 24 hours and exchange period within 3 days from the date of purchase.• Refund of the product cost to the customer within 7 - 14 working days.• The customer bears all shipping costs related to the exchange and return (2 shipping fees).• Delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.• Returns and exchanges are done by visiting the nearest branch of the shipping company in your city to deliver the product and the return shipment.• Purchases paid with gift vouchers or credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, etc.) cannot be refunded in cash.
